I had succeeded to manage overall sales & service support from Process development through after service support. I had great contribution for revenue growth and success of Customer satisfaction. After August I was in charge of various positions at KLA Japan (Japan Region of KLA Corporation) and had great experience at inspection & metrology equipment supplier. I also had contributed for Customer satisfaction, Service Revenue Growth and Service Revenue Booking. Currently, I am in charge of Enhancement / Service Sales / Business Development role and responsibility for contributing Service Revenue growth.
