In my current role, I work closely with Local CROs to oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring they adhere to the global protocol and meet local regulatory requirements. I am responsible for providing leadership throughout the entire trial lifecycle, from the planning phase to study closeout, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Additionally, I collaborate with the Local CRO to resolve challenges that arise during the trial process, working to find efficient and effective solutions. With over 20 years of experience, I have held various roles in clinical trial management, including Lead CRA, regional Study Manager, regional Project Manager, and Line Manager. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial management from both local and global perspectives. I am skilled at managing cross-functional teams and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned to meet the study objectives. In addition to my expertise in clinical trial management, I actively leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline tasks, improve data management, and facilitate seamless communication across global teams.
