I am currently employed by Voestalpine High Performance Metals as an Internal Sales Clerk. My duties include quoting and processing of orders. Invoicing clients. Stock checking and basically all order fulfilment procedures. It is a new industry for me personally. I was an internal sales representative for SEW Euro-drive and I have 13 years of sales experience that involved selling telephonically, processing quotes and orders in the CRM and SAP/R3 database. My role was to provide customers with the recommended equipment / tools based on their application whereby I had to make use of the SEW manufacturers catalogue to resolve their enquiry. I ensured that the sales and order intake process from start to completion to dispatch was met for every order I received. I strive for customer satisfaction by listening to the customer’s requests and needs and to be of value to myself first, the company and the customer. I preserve company core values with inspiration, communication and value.
