I have straight 14 years’ experience in Contact Center & Data Center infrastructure, Handling Global deployments across US (Century link, Lumen, Equinix, Cyxtera), Europe and Asia. I have been helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives. Focus is on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus has been creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
