About Juncheng Li

I have particular expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation, with over 3 years of experience in this area. I am skillful to do Library preparation using 10x Single Nuclear Kit, 10x Visium Spatial kit(Frozen and FFPE), Illumina TruSeq mRNA kit, Qiagen Immune Repertoire RNA library kit, iRepertoire TCR library and TRAP. Library QC and quantification with Qubit, Bioanalyzer, TapeStation and qPCR. During my time as a molecular biologist, I have developed a deep understanding of a wide range of laboratory techniques. I have worked with a variety of molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and Western blotting. I have also gained extensive experience in cell culture and animal handling. I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. I understand the importance of following laboratory protocols and maintaining accurate records. I am committed to ensuring that all laboratory work is carried out to the highest standard.
