As a data rights manager at Collins Aerospace, I ensure the protection and compliance of the company's data assets and intellectual property. I work with internal and external stakeholders to establish data rights agreements, policies, and procedures, and to resolve any data-related issues or disputes. I have a strong background in information technology, project management, and data management, with a MBA in Information Systems from the University of North Alabama. Previously, I managed a $70 million project for NASA's Space Launch System, coordinating engineering, production, and analysis activities for 7 teams across 3 countries. I improved cost and schedule health program-wide, increasing transparency and reporting fidelity. My core competencies include data rights, data governance, data analysis, project management, business negotiation, and defense industry. I am fluent in English, and have a passion for learning new cultures and languages.
