Attending industry events and looking for new innovative ideas to deliver to our clients. My approach Creating new business opportunities through early collaboration with colleagues and clients; developing and retaining long-term relationships with clients and colleagues affords my success. My personality Is open and honest, and I engage very quickly in a room, striking up a conversation with a room full of strangers or one person. I have built up excellent bank professionals consultants within the construction industry in my current role. The relationship with clients to two-fold. We assist each other with updated opportunities that allow for early engagement. I have also built up a bank of clients direct from various Sectors, including the Public Sector, NHS and private, industrial and multinational When there is a problem client in delivery/relationship breakdown, I am sent to rejuvenate the relationship. I am also a member of The National Association of Women in Property, which has allowed me to meet with many influential and like-minded women struggling in a male-dominated industry. My confidence has thrived in helping a professional woman who sometimes works as a board member of their company, either mentor or myself, to be a mentee. I have thrived with this membership. And have met some extraordinary ladies. I have been asked to join the committee as a fundraiser, which has been a fantastic opportunity to engage with new clients who support us in charity events, raising donations for charity to support events.
