About Jungdo Lim

Jungdo LIM is responsible Innovation & Design - planning and executing consumer research and facilitating co-creation workshops both internally and with external entities to design service concepts based on Visa's Human Centered Design Principles. He had been also responsible for various digital products, including Visa Token Service, P2P money transfer, 3-D Secure and Visa Developer (APIs), and actively involved in planning and executing both public and private events (e.g. 300 seat public seminars, a start-up pitch event and trade shows). Before joining Visa, Jungdo was the Head of Market Intelligence at Orange Labs Tokyo (formally France Telecom R&D) responsible for monitoring the latest innovation trends and market dynamism of the ICT industry in Japan and Korea for the Group. He was also responsible for monitoring the technology trends in personal displays, including OLED, Flexible Displays, E-Paper and Head-mounted displays. Before joining Orange Labs Tokyo, he was a Consultant at Accenture Strategy (High Tech and Telecommunications) and a Market Research Manager at Deutsche Telekom Japan.
