I am an SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant at Deloitte, a professional service company and one of the Big Four auditors. I have over ten years of experience in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules, performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, and providing appropriate system solutions. I am also SAP PP-QM certified and proficient in SAP S/4HANA. My job is to act as a bridge between business users and technology, mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy their needs. I also design, customize, configure, and test the SAP PP, QM, and PM modules, identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions, and document functional designs, test cases, and results. I work with a team of SAP consultants and experts to help SAP customers solve critical and challenging issues, and provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. I am passionate about applying my SAP skills and knowledge to create value and impact for my clients and my organization. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and to learn and grow as a professional and as a person. I am also an INFJ personality type, which means I am high-energy, enthusiastic, results-driven, focused, and compassionate.
