About Junichi Honda

After working as a maintenance consultant for an ERP package vendor and serving as a product development team leader at a global Tier-1 automotive supplier, I joined Salesforce in January 2021. As a Customer Success Manager, I supported enterprise customers in achieving their business goals through Slack. Since 2024, I have been working as a Customer Success Architect, providing technical support for workflows, APIs, and security, while also conducting webinars, hands-on training, and sharing insights both internally and externally. In recognition of these efforts, our team received the prestigious CEO Award for the Tableau Blueprint on Salesforce project, celebrating our significant impact on customer success. Additionally, our innovative Empathetic Communication by Voiceover team was selected as a finalist in the company-wide AI + Accessibility Hackathon. I am committed to maximizing the value of Slack through a strategic and empathetic approach, continuously exploring ways to enhance collaboration, accessibility, and customer outcomes.
