My professional background and dedication to self-development have equipped me with the following capabilities: Manual Testing: Proficient in identifying application issues before release to ensure quality and reliability. Automation Testing: Skilled in creating test scripts using tools such as Selenium with Cucumber, RestAssured, JUnit, and TestNG to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. User Support: Adept at providing guidance and solutions to application users, addressing their needs, and resolving technical issues effectively. I believe application testing is not just about identifying errors but also ensuring every feature adds value and enhances user satisfaction. Currently, I serve as an Application Support, where I am responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and optimal use of applications.
