I am an HR professional with a strong IT background, integrating technology-driven solutions to enhance workforce management, compliance and employee engagement. Passionate about HR transformation and digitalization, I focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives through data-driven decision-making. Currently, I serve as the "CEO’s Executive Assistant - HR & Compliance with IT" at Serendip & Its Group of Companies, overseeing HR operations across multiple organizations. My role involves implementing IT-driven HR solutions, streamlining compliance processes, optimizing workforce planning and ensuring legal adherence. I specialize in HRIS implementation, policy development and digital transformation to drive operational efficiency. Before transitioning into HR, I worked as a Software Developer at Solartis Technologies Pvt Ltd and Oppo - FRQ Bro Pvt Ltd, developing and maintaining software and web applications. My technical expertise allows me to bridge HR and IT, optimizing HR processes with technology-driven solutions. I hold a B.Tech in Information Technology and am currently preparing to pursue an MBA in HR to further strengthen my expertise. During my college years, I was actively involved in Students' Guild of Service (SGS), serving in leadership roles and contributing to student development initiatives. With a deep passion for HR digital transformation, I continuously seek innovative ways to enhance HR functions, optimize workforce productivity and create a people-centric workplace.
