About Junsu Kim

I am a physical therapist practicing at Atrius Health (formerly known as Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates) at Chelmsford MA, in an outpatient clinic. I also treat patients virtually or make in-home visits as a concierge physical therapist through Kins. I value time spent directly with my patients one on one. This starts from taking time hearing about their pain experience and how that affects their day to day, and their participation in activities that are most meaningful to them. Then I spend time assessing and examining with tests and measures that are most relevant to their function as retail workers, full-time parents, grandparents, students, avid gardeners, office workers, caregivers, health care workers, or as athletes of specific sports. Based on a thorough examination I take time to educate, doing best to provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information in interpreting the results of the evaluation. Then I collaborate with patients to come up with specific goals and carefully pick out treatments that would help to best reach them. My specific clinical interests are in enhancing performance in golfers especially those who are returning from injuries or surgeries including total joint replacements, and patients who struggle with vertigo. Outside of the clinic I am a husband and a father to a son. I like the play golf, run sometimes and hike.
