With a PhD in Computer Science and a diverse background spanning ad-tech, biometrics, and agronomy, I have a broad understanding of how to apply data science to solve complex real-world problems. In my current role, I lead a cross-functional R&D team that integrates agronomy, data science, and technology to deliver actionable insights for large-scale organic farming. I enjoy this fast-paced environment and believe in empowering my team to take ownership, enabling them to organically generate ideas and drive results. As a leader of an R&D team, my approach combines high-level strategic thinking with a relentless focus on value delivery. I'm a firm beliver of applying 80:20 rule to ensure maximum impact with minimal resources and time. I am especially passionate about transitioning teams to a practical, results-driven approach, striving to achieve fast iterations of various proof-of-concepts and productise the ones that have the best traction with users. My greatest motivation lies in high-level decision-making, and driving innovation across industries focused on improving individual well-being—whether through optimizing productivity, health, or sustainablity. I believe that achieveing individual well-being is the first necessary step towards collective well-being.
