About Juri Keyter

With more than twenty years of experience in ICT, a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification, a strong business acumen and exceptional technical understanding, I have delivered cutting-edge solutions at major service providers in Europe and Africa. Although my main focus remained predominantly in the service provider sector, I have developed and implemented strategic networking, datacentre and information security solutions for the banking sector, government departments and enterprise clients in more than 15 countries. For the last eight years I have been employed by Cisco Systems Inc. providing “High Touch Technical Support (HTE)” to service provider operations around the world. As a HTE in the Cisco Advance Services division, I provide reactive technical support assisting SP operations to recover from service disrupting failures and provide guidance to more resilient and efficient networks. Apart from a thorough understanding of operational challenges, budget & resource constraints, financial governance and business development, I have sound understanding and experience in carrier class networking, back-office services, security, IP Telephony, application development and infrastructure.
