About Jushper Pabalan

Jushper is a graduate of BS Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Being exposed to a people-oriented field, Jushper already gathered introductory experiences from his past work and internships. He was able to support a food delivery campaign mainly based on United Kingdom. Being upskilled immediately, he supported both customers and merchants at the same time through FCR and Automated Refunds. Focusing on his study, he was deployed as an HR Intern for a realty management, headhunting possible job experts and interns through social media to be endorsed to different departments in the company. He supported both chat and email concerns for internship application and was able to endorse numerous candidates successfully. He also experienced being a clinical intern in a psychological clinic focusing on addiction treatment. Underwent several practices like test administration and scoring, crisis call intervention, and clinical intake interviews. Now a Verification Specialist, he handles critical information that needs to be researched and validated for education, employment, association, and license validation.
