About Justain Bae

I’m a procurement and supply chain professional with experience in the electrical and manufacturing industries, specializing in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at LS Electric America, I lead end-to-end procurement operations for switchgear and power distribution systems — from developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier performance to analyzing data for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. I also collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with project goals. Previously, I worked in global mobility and vendor management at Samsung Semiconductor and SK Hynix America, where I optimized payroll workflows, automated processes, and conducted cost analyses to improve operational efficiency. My background combines a degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis with hands-on experience in logistics, contract negotiation, and data-driven decision making, enabling me to bridge business and technical operations effectively. I’m passionate about building reliable supplier networks, enhancing procurement performance (EPI, cost savings, KPI tracking), and driving smarter, more sustainable supply chain solutions.
