With nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Justin currently serves as a Master Trainer at Fit Athletic Club Little Italy in San Diego. He helps clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through personalized coaching and evidence-based training strategies. Justin works with a wide range of individuals, from those making lifestyle changes to athletes striving to enhance their physical performance. He holds four certifications through NASM: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Group Personal Training Specialist (GPTS), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).In addition to his fitness background, Justin is a mental performance coach who focuses on helping athletes develop the mental tools needed to perform at their best. He specializes in techniques that enhance focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and motivation, empowering athletes to overcome challenges and reach their full potential both on and off the field.Justin is the founder of All-Star Mindset and the host and producer of the All-Star Athlete Podcast, where he interviews athletes, coaches, and experts in performance psychology to share actionable insights that help athletes grow mentally and physically. He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport and Exercise Psychology from California State University, Chico, and is an active member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP).
