Currently, I work as an application support specialist, using my expertise to provide assistance and maintain various applications in my role. While I have experience with other programming languages, such as Java and Swift, I primarily utilise C#.NET in my current position. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in C#.NET backend development, which has allowed me to excel in my current role as an application support specialist. I have a deep understanding of the.NET framework and the various tools and technologies associated with it. This includes knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, web technologies such as ASP.NET, and development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. As an application support specialist, my responsibilities include providing technical support for various applications, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that applications run optimally. In addition, I am skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and utilising tools such as log analysis and debugging tools to identify the root cause of problems. I am passionate about continuously improving processes and systems and have a track record of generating process improvement ideas, such as automating routine tasks to streamline operations. I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Diploma in Software Development to show for it. These educational experiences have given me a solid foundation in software development principles and practices and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.
