His ambition to raise the visual quality bar for every campaign we create for our clients is contagious. Whether its developing experiences in the emerging technologies of virtual and augment reality, or teaming up to create unique graphics, animation and content across various platforms, Justin delivers exceptional results for a variety of clients that include Boeing, Anheuser-Busch, Facebook, Arizona Diamondbacks, NHL, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, to name a few. A key player on our digital user experience team, Justin consistently brings unique, out-of-the-box solutions to improve the creative process in a fast-changing environment. His work ethic and strength in managing the details allows our developers and content producers to push the limits of what technology can do. Before joining R&R, Justin was a digital media consultant for Digital First Media, where he sold and developed online marketing solutions for clients. Prior to that he was a digital graphics instructor and co-founded Warehouse Agency 2, building emerging web and video solutions in the music industry for moguls such as Interscope, Geffen, and A&M Records. Growing up on a cattle ranch in New Mexico, Justin’s talents are as varied as one could imagine. A bull ropin’, horseback ridin’ cowboy. A winning coach for a high school football team.
