About Justin Appleton

I help manufacturers solve production challenges that off-the-shelf machines just can’t. Whether it’s downtime, labor strain, or adapting to recycled and variable materials—I’ve been in those conversations and on those floors. At Wilmington Machinery, we’re best known for our custom low-pressure injection foam molding systems. But our true value is our ability to build machines around your process—not the other way around. We engineer and build everything in-house, in the USA, with a team that understands the reality of modern manufacturing. While plastics are our foundation, we’re expanding into custom machinery for recycling, circular economy projects, automation, and industrial production lines. If your current system isn’t cutting it—or you're trying to build something that doesn't exist yet—we’re the kind of shop that leans in. What we offer: • Custom molding machinery • Controls, automation & robotics • Engineering support + contract assembly • Regrind & recycled material solutions Let’s connect if you’re: • Scaling production or retrofitting equipment • Struggling with labor, downtime, or throughput • Exploring circular economy or recycled materials • Looking for an American machine builder who understands your process DM me or email me at jappleton@wilmingtonmachinery.com to start a conversation.
