About Justin Baker

In my current role I am Responsible for leading the sales process throughout the organization by working with project teams in opportunity coaching, sales methodology and program management, sales data reporting, forecasting, and client feedback program management. In previous roles I was tasked with winning Federal projects and capturing new business through both new and existing clients. My background in analytics helps my firm to target specific clients, projects, and markets by zooming in to take advantage of solutions that will help drive our growth. I have experience collecting data, analyzing variances, and providing support on complex EPC projects. I was responsible for monitoring and controlling project cost by following cost control and budget processes along with monitoring project schedules to ensure tasks are being completed on time in accordance with client expectations. I helped project managers to mitigate financial risk and recognize any trends that may affect their project before they directly affect the project budget or schedule.
