As an experienced Aquatics Supervisor and certified instructor, I bring a passion for safety, education, and operational excellence to every role I undertake. With a Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, I combine strong business acumen with specialized expertise in aquatics and sports management. In my current role with the City of Tallahassee, I lead a team of over 190 part-time employees, overseeing the daily operations of multiple aquatics facilities. My responsibilities include developing in-service training programs, coordinating payroll, and managing a large-scale swim lessons program serving over 1,800 participants. I am dedicated to fostering professional growth within my team and maintaining the highest standards of safety and instructional quality. Previously, at Cincinnati Country Day School, I contributed to the athletic department as both an assistant to the Athletic Director and a coach. I managed daily game operations, organized athletic events, and coached various sports, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. My certifications as an American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor and Water Safety Instructor reflect my commitment to lifesaving and safety education.
