About Justin Bath

I’m a high-performance team builder and key relationships manager. I’ve built and managed both small dynamic teams right through to whole multi-operational departments. For the last 15+ years my focus has been on leads and sales generation, heavily focused on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs. Motivating and empowering teams is key to overall success, and to helping them achieve their personal and team goals. Having worked with some amazing organisations that like to push the boundaries, such as Triple Eight Race Engineering and the NRL, has taught me one of the key elements to success is creativity and experimentation. Using the latest digital marketing capabilities and brand ambassadors has been a winning combination that I’d like to utilise more. I’m a big believer in diversity in the workplace, treating people with respect and take pride in my ability to build lasting relationships both in the workplace and personally.
