I am a 27 + year US Navy Veteran and I am a recent college graduate, I will be transitioning to the private sector within the next 2 months, and I am seeking full time employment opportunities. I thrive in dynamic and challenging work environments. I have successfully led and supervised teams as large as 48 people scattered across three continents and seven countries. Recent tasks that I have accomplished; I successfully led staff in the complete overhaul of outdated curriculum, procedures and concepts for 10 training modules. Additionally, I supervised the complete redesign, development and execution of a robust training curriculum to train NSW operators for future deployments. I have received multiple awards and recognitions throughout my career. I excel at deeply observing and identifying blind spots, vulnerabilities and opportunity gaps. I can swiftly evaluate and devise a strategy, engage the team and empower action to achieve profitable outcomes, I look forward to joining an aggressive forward-thinking team.
