About Justin Blake

Cultivating and growing trust in leaders and organizations is at the core of what I do. I lead the Edelman Trust Institute, a global center for the study of trust. We produce the Edelman Trust Barometer reports, as well as content and convenings focused on trust-building. I also head Edelman’s Global Leadership positioning offering, helping CEOs and other executives, heads of NGOs and university presidents tell their stories through a range of channels, from traditional and digital media to conferences and direct-to-influencer engagement. Over my years at Edelman, I have worked in a variety of sectors and geographies and with leaders across all types of organizations. Before Edelman, I ran communications for the New York City Partnership and Chamber of Commerce and worked on various political campaigns, including serving as a press aide on the first national bus tour for Clinton/Gore in 1992. I sit on the boards of GLAAD, a non-profit LGBTQ advocacy organization, and BOFFO, a community bringing inclusive art to Fire Island Pines, NY.
