Justin Brim, is the founder of Justin H. Brim, LLC and Tatonka Properties, LLC. He is an Oil and Gas Landman and Right of Way Agent working within the Eagle Ford Shale, specializing in courthouse research, mineral & surface title reports, document preparation and negotiation of various surface contracts. Justin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009, with a degree in Sports Management and a Minor in Business Administration. In 2010, he decided to take a leap from Sports & Education and start within the Oil and Gas business. Growing up in Midland, Texas it was natural to lean towards a career within Oil and Gas, especially since he is a 4th generation Oil and Gas Professional. He began his work as an Independent Landman in South Eastern New Mexico and West Texas (NM - Eddy and Lea, TX - Andrews, Ector, Gaines, Garza, Lubbock, Lynn, Midland, Pecos, Reeves, and Scurry), and has since moved to San Antonio to specialize in the Eagle Ford Shale area of South Texas (Atascosa, Bandera, Bee, Bexar, Brazoria, Dewitt, Dimmit, Frio, Karnes, LaSalle, Live Oak, McMullen, Medina, Webb and Zavala Counties). Justin holds a Certificate of Professional Land Management from the University of Houston - Downtown - College of Business (2012), a Certification of Right of Way Agent Training - DUG - Eagle Ford Shale from the American Right of Way Associates / ARWA, INC, holds a Registered Landman Certification from the American Association of Professional Landmen / AAPL (2012), is an active Licensed Easement and Right of Way Agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is an active Licensed Notary Public within the State of Texas
