I've spent nearly my entire working life in aviation and aerospace, working my way up from a refueler, to a mechanic, to an inspector and functional tester, to Quality Production Specialist and Technical Engineer, and finally to my current role as Quality Assurance Manager delivering the 737 MAX for Boeing. Along the way, I picked up experience serving in the Washington Army National Guard as an Intelligence Analyst and completed my Bachelor of the Arts in Management. I have a strong attention to detail that makes me well-suited to quality/editor/audit and support type roles. In my current role, I’ve been sharpening my interpersonal and leadership skills leading a diverse team of Aviation Maintenance Technician Inspectors.
