About Justin Cook

Starting my first ever job as a sales representative in May of 2023, i have quickly sharpened myself into a young, professional. Going into the sales and marketing industry had been a huge leap for me and something out of my comfort zone. Within a couple 10 days on the job i was able to sell over earning a spot as one of the top reps in my office last summer ending at over $7,500. As a result, i was promoted to Assistant Manager! I went on in the Fall to continue selling as well as managing and coaching a team of my own within the office. I learned essential skills such as how to conduct an interview, coach and manage a representative, and overall how to run a business from the back-end. By January 1st i was given the news i would be the Branch Manager for the Casa Grande/Maricopa office for Summer of ‘24. A boost in my resume and an incredible boost personally! The experience i got from Vector Marketing continues to prove useful in ALL areas of my life!
