About Justin Dade

With a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and warehouse management systems, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to any team. In my previous roles, including as a warehouse manager at SPI and a Supply Chain Analyst at ICU Medical, I spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved procurement processes and supply chain efficiency. Notably, I negotiated cost-saving contracts with suppliers, resulting in substantial reductions in procurement costs and excess stock levels. My experience also extends to strategic planning and supplier relationship management, where I've consistently aligned supply chain strategies with organizational goals and fostered strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure quality standards and timely delivery. Furthermore, my expertise in warehouse management systems has been instrumental in streamlining operations. For instance, at SPI, I led the implementation of a new WMS, resulting in a 30% increase in order accuracy and a 25% reduction in picking errors. At ICU Medical, I optimized inventory management through the integration of WMS functionalities, leading to improved inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. In addition to my professional achievements, I am dedicated to personal growth and excellence. Having worked my way up from warehouse positions to management roles, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience, including building departments from scratch and mastering various warehouse tools and equipment. My efficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and ability to handle heavy lifting demonstrate my practical skills. Furthermore, I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in dynamic environments where I can learn and adapt quickly.
