Justin Edwards is the Data Director for NLC’s Leadership, Education, Advancement and Development (LEAD) team where he builds data platforms to support various departmental initiatives and serves as a co-director of the Local Infrastructure Hub’s technical assistance bootcamps, a national program connecting US cities, towns and villages with resources and expert advice to access federal funding.
