About Justin Egan

As a Principal at Carne Group, I bring over 30 years of experience in the asset management industry, specializing in alternative and traditional funds across public and private markets. I act as an independent non-executive director (INED) and chairman for funds and management companies in Ireland and Luxembourg, including those promoted by Pictet, abrdn, ING, and Brevan Howard. I provide compliance and regulatory consulting services to clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. In addition, I am responsible for director services in Carne, the premier global provider of fund management and digital solutions to the asset management industry. I run our Accelerated Learning Training Programme for new joiners, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and have a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services and solutions to our clients and partners, and advancing the asset management sector through innovation and collaboration.
