As a security operations leader, I diagnose and resolve safety and security issues, using my skills and experience to identify root causes. I enjoy working through problems and figuring out the solution. Even if the initial fix is incorrect, I use that as a learning tool. I am known for my responsiveness, reliability, and consistency. An organized professional, I am focused on managing and responding to situations and leading security teams. I’ve led safety initiatives and dissected and rectified daily issues in several management positions for my employer. In my current role as project manager, I partner with customers at construction sites and customize security plans that best suit their needs. Some of my accomplishments so far: • Attained branch profitability within 3 months and sustained success by connecting with existing clients, negotiating rate increases, identifying new opportunities, following through with sales, and monitoring weekly expenses. • Extended mobile patrol division from 80 hours per week to ~300 hours per week by implementing TrakTik (guard tracking system) and delivering client reports outlining stops and incidents. • Achieved 938 injury free days by implementing safety program (focused on safe practices when removing trailer seals) to eliminate injuries and retain account (at risk due to OSHA recordable injuries), requiring gloves and electronic bolt cutters, and conducting general awareness training with new SOPs. I am an adaptable and motivated business partner who can establish and implement effective procedures and initiate innovative ways to incorporate technology.
