Background

About Justin Ferigo

I am an engineering geologist with seven years industry experience working in several different countries. Since starting my career, I have been involved in a diverse range of projects from small-scale residential developments to multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects and have been employed on both the consulting and contracting sides of the industry. I enjoy discovering the geological setting and site history of a project. This will often influence the design options available for the development and can lead to some unique and exciting solutions. I have seen first-hand the impact that early stakeholder engagement and understanding can have overcoming geotechnical challenges. One of my strengths is developing strong working relationships with clients, demonstrating the commercial value that can be provided by early identification and communication of geotechnical risks. My previous roles involved a focus on project/earthworks management, construction monitoring, site investigation and ground modelling.
