About Justin Gilmore

Optimizing and securing enterprise architecture, I have 15 years of experience partnering with executive Fortune 500 clientele across banking, pharmaceutical, and private equity markets to deliver largescale, transformative IT programs. With oversight of multimillion-dollar budgets and diverse project teams, I am well-versed in navigating complex environments and challenging clients’ status quo to uncover value-adds in areas of efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation. As I build and influence technical roadmaps, I devote equal energy to managing my relationships with my clients, teams, and our executive partners. To foster an inclusive, winning culture, I regularly translate and create data visualizations to explain complex concepts in an effort to bridge communication gaps between technical SMEs and business partners. Along with spearheading program strategy and execution, I’ve also been pivotal in securing exceptional business outcomes for seven acquisitions and two billion-dollar mergers within the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry. Supporting clients through change, my priority remains on creating secure, compliant, and high-performance systems to ultimately position clients for expansion, innovation, and sustainability.
