About Justin Griffith

I have many interests but the one that drives me forward more than any other is seeing others learn. Early in my career, I worked for a lifelong learning center, and it was there that the spark was lit. First, I developed an interest in communication and then specifically the impact of cognitive-communication on learning. Understanding how people learn became a serious undertaking for me and one that propelled me into the career I have chosen. I serve as CEO/COO of the Regional Learning Alliance (RLA), a collaborative Learning, Training, and Conference Center serving western Pennsylvania. I pride myself on-Maintaining an organizational culture of high diversity, inclusivity, and affiliation-Building collaborative partnerships through finding mutual interests and goals, communication transparently, acting and following through on promises I make-Providing an outstanding learning environment and innovating to deliver unique and inspiring learning experiences-Operating a sustainable campus that is has a commitment to the environment, innovation, service, people, and developing talent.
