About Justin Grillo

I am a 5th year student in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Architectural Engineering. I was recently based in Copenhagen, Denmark at DIS - Study Abroad for my 4th academic year of studies. I am motivated by the challenges posed in architecture's complex combination of design considerations - user functionality, sustainability, structural efficiency, etc- driving me to strengthen and diversify my technical skills in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and digital rendering software. I have gained valuable experience in problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal communication through academic settings and architecture internships. I believe that with an ongoing curiosity and passion for the technical and creative aspects of design, I can offer new and innovative perspectives to the field of architecture in any new team I join.
