Background
About Justin High
Proven leader with experience in building strong teams, with a core focus on being customer-obsessed and solution driven. I have experienced the peaks and valleys of a rapidly growing business and always added value through training, daily operational support and stability for associates. 8 years of leading passionate teams in a business that has grown from $900M to over $4B in that time frame. My focus has been to provide stability for our core processes while guiding growth initiatives to better align with the capabilities and priorities of the selling and customer service forces. This includes involvement with Point-of-Sale improvements and development along with building out a training strategy to support our most vital roles within the organization. We have been the key factor in the success of integrating over 50 business acquisitions in my current role.
