My name Is Justin.D. Hoeppner I am currently in the Army as an 89b Ammunition specialist. On the civilian side I am a hard worker, who typically learns faster than the rest. I have an extensive agricultural background including my present work farming where I run and operate J.D. Hoeppner Farms And Custom Harvesting. I always try to work harder than most and give my fullest dedication to my work to get the job done and get in done right. Continued with my dedication to my work I always try to make sure my customers are happy weather that’s with farming or just in general. I’ve found treating people great often leads to continued partnerships and great work relationships. As far as secondary work goes I don’t really need another job. However I enjoy working a second job. I enjoy the security of having a fall back plan with anything in life. And while I don’t see myself loosing the farm bad times happen to the best of us and if worse doesn’t come it’s extra income. I’ve always made it a point to try to be the bosses go to man. If you need me to stay up late and pull a 24 hour go home sleep 5 hrs do it again you got it. If there is a a job no one will do I'm usually the one that voulenteers to do it just to get it over with. As I've previously said I'm a quick learner with past expirence on various types of skid loaders, fork lifts, and pay loaders with also a long list of farm equiptment. Even if I’ve never operated a piece of equipment before I’m a fast Learner and usually I’ve been able to figure it out on my own. I also have past expirence as a sawyer working with vairous machines cutting specific wood componets. As a business owner and employee I've always strived to be the best and second to none in learning and in completing my tasks. But also I've strived to be a safe worker and a leader that teaches those who struggle but have the motivation to complete the task at hand. I came from a farm family background with the good values and characteristic's you want in your company. I also have a few things most don't have in todays workforce. I have common sense and the drive to excell for you as a company and me as an employee. I'm not the guy who just gets by an meets the mark by a hair. I'm the guy who goes the extra mile when your not looking because at the end of the day I have goals that can't be completed if I am a. Mediocre worker. If your looking for your right hand man - loyal worker I am the man you need.
