Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career- Spearheading YOY turnaround of Custom Made Meals from negative six-figure EBITDA in 2022 to positive eight figure EBITDA in 2023, despite $12M less in YOY revenue, by implementing strategic measures that enhanced profitability- Delivering over $3M in savings, reducing labor costs by nearly 50%, and increasing throughput by more than 65% for Custom Made Meals through the development and implementation of a vegetable process improvement project. Realized additional savings by applying project insights to poultry and portion control processes- Facilitating operational merger of Custom Made Meals and Country Fresh produce, reducing redundancies and increasing efficiencies for both brands across 10 locations. Played a pivotal role in the expansion of East Coast location, seamless transition of USDA-regulated protein facility into produce organization while integrating FDA items (including seafood) into existing protein facilities.
