About Justin Ice

If below is the framework of the story of what I do told through my experience, then this should be the how and why of it. So, to try and give you the bones of the story- I am a strong believer in holistic context, obtained through the alchemy of clean data and experiential stories. Data provides the framework, stories build out the heart of why we should act and engage- I have an unbearable itch to address inefficiencies and weak points. It's a result of that old boyscout rule about leaving the campsite better than when you found it, but taken to logical paths of growth- I engage with new ideas super readily. The ability to look at old problems with new tools is always exciting, and building a better path forward is deeply rewarding- I know and accept that I won't ever have the answers to every question, but I probably know people who do have some of the ones I lack. We are enriched and made more capable by those connections- I recognize that people are worth investing in. I build up others and celebrate their wins as my own. There's too much that can go unsaid here, but I am always willing to connect on these kinds of ideas and their derivatives (even if we aren't able to connect need and opportunity for a position).
