I am always looking to build relationships and by doing this I have a track record of exceeding expectations within my role which leads me to be result driven, committed and articulate individual with excellent communication skills, with exceptional customer service while also having a professional appearance at all times. I can take ownership and create a culture of accountability and also a great team ethic within my department. I can also work well in high pressure situations which allows me to be strategic and proactive by thinking and planning ahead to give my team the tools they need to be successful. Due to my experience I strongly believe I am self-aware, flexible and open minded while I also possess a combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands on problem solving and a customer service mindset. I have learnt many key attributes while working in the Motor Industry for example my non-negotiables: drive, character, attitude, energy and talent.
