About Justin Jensen

Currently on my eleventh year as an In Home Agent with Geek Squad. I am solely responsible for managing my time, my work-load and my clients. The role demands constant client communication and a high level of organization with little to no oversight. I am entrusted with the care of a fleet vehicle and a variety of corporate assets, including a corporate credit card, while I cover beautiful northern Montana in the course of my duties. I've participated in a few test programs for the company ie. 4 years simultaneously doing remote repair for customers through the GeekSquad Covert channel. In my tenure as an in home agent I've also gained 4 years experience assisting in home theater setup and repair as well as 2 years experience in large appliance delivery and setup. While in a client’s home or business I am solely relied on to solve whatever technological issues might present themselves. I've learned how to generate the lion share of my work while in a clients home; always looking for opportunities to assist, upgrade, repair or train wherever possible. I always do my best to represent the Geek Squad brand effectively and strive to deliver the best possible client experience. I've maintained a consistent lead position in utilization percentage, in-home revenue and NPS metrics for the north western market.
