Experience with Permit to work system and Lock-Out Tag Out isolation.9. Liaise with engineering team on the repair of critical equipment during plant shutdown. Certified in High Angle and Confined Space Technical Rescue.11. Certified Member for Plant's First Intervention Team.12. Experience in DCS Foxboro Panel as Covering Panel man.RAPID Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical:1. Involved in RAPID, Pengerang as support team (Utilities and Interconnecting).• Interconnecting line walkdown and inspection.• Assist as operation support in Utility commissioning.(Fuel gas and Firewater)
