Background
About Justin Kane
Justin Kane founded NextBridge Search in 2012 to help technology and high-growth companies build strong teams. A seasoned executive recruiter, he places talent across sales leadership, marketing, AI and machine learning, payments, eCommerce, and enterprise software. He runs every search personally, from kickoff to close.Justin's career began in Connecticut, shaped by years of competitive ice hockey and the values it demands: hard work, accountability, and teamwork. He graduated from Salisbury School and Saint Lawrence University, then spent nearly six years recruiting before founding NextBridge in 2012. A year as a sales manager at Commission Junction in 2011 gave him direct experience on the selling side of talent decisions.Outside work, he referees college and junior hockey, golfs, and mountain bikes. He lives in a beach community in Milford, Connecticut with his wife Cindy, his son Eli, and their English Setter, Spot.
