Not just your average MBA on LinkedIn. I am a neuro-diverse, creative, competitive father of two genius daughters, who have developed me more than any career I could have chosen. They have shown me that OPEN minds and empowered PEOPLE are the most powerful things in the world. I believe any challenge I’ve yet to face, I have the aptitude to overcome. For goodness' sake, I taught myself how to rebuild pinball machines from YouTube and internet forums… have you seen the inside of a pinball machine? Google it, it is amazing. Okay, as for work… I have grown up over the last 12 years in healthcare operations, marketing, consulting, and contract relationship management, but my experience translates beyond one service line or industry. My path has sharpened my abilities to connect with others and build strong professional relationships. I have learned to quickly integrate myself into new systems and teams with different structures, cultures, and goals. I am experienced in when to direct and when to support. This nuanced skill is not easily developed. I have utilized relationships to grow revenue, referrals, resources, and sign contract extensions. In operations, my approach is that of a detective-like problem solver, focused on using analytics and data to paint pictures about the health of my programs. I have excelled at identifying gaps in performance, using benchmarks, and creating action plans that motivate my team to achieve our goals. These are strengths that I get to take with me anywhere I go.
