He has been involved in many aspects of preliminary and final design for various types of large civil projects, including rail, interchanges, earthwork quantities, roadway design, pavement sections, cross sections, and plan reviews. Justin has a passion for leveraging technology and civil design tools to increase the efficiency of each step of the civil design process. This drive has led him to lead Civil 3D training, both within project teams he’s working on, and in formal classroom training. Currently, he is a segment design lead on the Gold Line BRT project. I have previously been stationed in the Southwest Light Rail Project Office as a member of the track design group, and the Blue Line Extension project as part of the civil design team. More recently, he led the Isthmus team in their efforts as part of the Ford Site/Highland Bridge Project.
