About Justin Kramer

I’m a Bitcoin-native operator and project leader with experience across the full stack — mining, infrastructure, product, legal, and business. As COO of Quantum Expeditions, I led the deployment of a 1 MW mining operation, coordinating vendors, timelines, and infrastructure. Before that, I founded Badgerland Mining Club — a grassroots mining collective that scaled to 100+ members and was acquired in a $2.6M equity + options deal. I’m also the creator of the Dala Calculator, an AI-powered tool for modeling Bitcoin mining profitability under real-world conditions. In 2024, I served as an expert witness in federal litigation over crypto infrastructure performance — defending uptime guarantees, hosting contracts, and the mechanics of Bitcoin mining under cross-examination. Earlier in my career, I worked at American Family Insurance, where I helped build their Salesforce CRM from the ground up as a product owner. That gave me a corporate foundation I’ve since translated into the faster, messier, and mission-driven world of Bitcoin. I bring structure to chaos, help teams move faster, and believe deeply in the values that Bitcoin makes possible.
