About Justin Larson

Justin is a Partner within Aon’s retirement practice. Justin began his career with Hewitt (later becoming Aon) in 2008. Justin is a people leader in the Minneapolis office, managing a group of actuarial consultants. Justin is experienced in all aspects of pension consulting, including valuation, financial accounting, projections, investment policies, settlement strategies and pension plan design. Justin also works extensively with postemployment health care plans and multiemployer plans. Outside of his work with Aon, Justin is a passionate volunteer with the Society of Actuaries. Justin is part of the Aon U.S. Annuity Team since 2018 and leads in a strategic role for many pension risk transfer transactions. In addition to leading transactions, Justin is also a member of Aon's Settlement Annuity Placement Oversight Committee that reviews the creditworthiness and claims paying ability of life insurance companies. Justin has extensive experience with other settlement strategies including Plan Terminations and Retiree Lump Sum Windows. Justin is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary. Justin graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 2006
