About Justin Leclair

I started programming around age 10 in elementary school, and have since pursued programming. I've studied the entire topology of information technology, and pride myself in being able to see and engineer every aspect at every level of any software project, from low-level compilation and machine code up through high-level frameworks- including all related functions and systems. I have specialized in all aspects of web development, but am able to work in database systems, heavy-computation stacks, desktop application, mobile development, operating system engineering, and more. For example, for a from-scratch enterprise web site: I'm able to write the HTML/CSS/JS implementation of a PSD/AI design file (pixel perfect), the database back-end for it, the webserver itself (whether Apache, CGI, or custom solutions), the client administration panel/interface/CMS for it (including WYSIWYG editors) custom (if need be), any API's for 3rd party or internal integration, inside of a responsive layout using HTML5 for animations and usability requirements, containing any sort of web application within it (perhaps to map a route from site visitor's location to the business, social media, chat systems, CRMs, shopping carts, etc), all based in any language or languages required; complete with fault tolerance, notification, error reporting and integrated into any existing system already. Further more; I can gather the technical specification, write any documentation (technical, support, or user manual), lead project meetings with the client, and take responsibility from start to finish. I can sit down with any software developer and demonstrate capability and understanding in at least everything I have mentioned already or can be found in this profile. I am also well versed in hardware and device integration/maintenance.
